Lineup.ai Form Migration on Builder.io
Migrated lead and contact forms on lineup.ai from HubSpot submissions to email and Zapier destinations — Builder.io components on a Gatsby/Netlify React stack, with knowledge transfer so TimeForge could maintain the site themselves.
Engagement: Oct 2024 – Jan 2025
Challenge
TimeForge had acquired a Gatsby site on Netlify with Builder.io-managed React components. Existing forms still posted to HubSpot, which no longer matched their ops workflow. They needed the forms rewired to email or Zapier without a full rebuild, delivered in clear milestones, and enough platform guidance to service Builder.io and Netlify after handoff.
Approach
We treated the engagement as incremental form work, not a redesign. Each milestone covered locating Builder.io form components, replacing HubSpot submit handlers with email or Zapier destinations, verifying Netlify/Gatsby builds, and documenting how the client could edit and redeploy those pieces themselves.
Solution
Updated the Builder.io / React form components so submissions route to email or Zapier instead of HubSpot, kept the Gatsby/Netlify pipeline green, and walked the client through servicing the visual CMS and hosting stack. Flat-rate delivery finished on schedule with the client able to own day-to-day changes.
Outcomes
- HubSpot form submissions migrated to email / Zapier
- Builder.io React form components updated in place
- Client trained to service Builder.io, Gatsby, and Netlify
- Flat-rate milestones delivered on time
“Fantastic to work with - not only did the job and on time, but was able to teach us how to service parts of the platform ourselves”
